Welcome to Spinnaker Yacht Club's home port on the web.

Our Purpose is to help you and your family gain the fullest enjoyment of sailing and boating on San Francisco Bay and beyond. Whether you currently own a boat or not, if you share a nautical heart join us for some fun times.

The Spinnaker Yacht Club was founded in 1967, and is located at South Dike Road in the San Leandro Marina. Spinnaker Yacht Club is a member of the Pacific Inter-Club Yacht Association (PICYA), and our current membership of approximately 95 families consists of a balance of sailing and power boat skippers. We also have a number of members who are "between boats."

This site is currently being re-designed.  The bulk of the technical work is complete, though not all menu items are active yet.  These items should be active within the next week or two.  If you have problems viewing pages or find broken links, please contact the WebMaster.

With most of the technical work complete, the fun part of the re-design begins.  It is time to update the site's content.  If you have material to display, photos of recent events, or ideas for new features, please contact the WebMaster.
